The Tirol Heritage edition is a highly localized, short-run system centered around structural density and organic material history. The cabinet design, created exclusively for critical listening, utilises a specially selected combination of centuries-old Austrian timber with a finish made from local, high-density hardwood.

Material Architecture: Reclaimed Alpine Pine & Local Elm

Acoustic Baffle Core (Jenbach Pine): The front and rear baffles are precisely machined from 100-year-old reclaimed Alpine Pine sourced from historical industrial structures in Jenbach, Austria. Decades of atmospheric seasoning have stabilized the timber’s cell matrix, delivering an exceptionally low internal resonance and specific acoustic dampening traits that differ fundamentally from modern softwoods.

Acoustic Wave Core: The side, top, and bottom walls utilize a high-density structural core layered with locally sourced Polish elm veneer. The elm’s fluid, organic grain is carefully oriented to match the linear direction of acoustic wave propagation, establishing visual and functional continuity across the cabinet lines.

Surface Preservation & Optical Profiling

Multiple micro-layers of premium acrylic lacquer are applied and meticulously polished. This polymer coating preserves the raw, light, and natural color palette of the freshly machined timber while stabilizing the outer fibers against atmospheric humidity shifts. The resulting surface layer delivers a flawlessly uniform, polished finish with a delicate, elegant low-gloss sheen.

Sub-Millimeter CNC Machining

To eliminate the unpredictable seal variances common in purely manual woodwork, the critical mounting interfaces are executed via precision CNC machining. The transducer driver recesses, binding post mounting plates, and bass-reflex exit pathways are milled to sub-millimeter tolerances. This ensures an absolutely airtight acoustic coupling, structural repeatability, and zero pressure leakage during high-excursion low-frequency reproduction.

Following CNC geometry validation, the aged pine and elm components transition to completely manual surface processing. To maintain the structural stability of the historic timber, this edition is finished exclusively using our advanced polymer coating method.

We welcome sound engineers, designers, and critical listeners to engage in a technical consultation. For individuals prioritizing a physical audit of the system, individual validation sessions are coordinated within the acoustic environment of our primary laboratory facility in Częstochowa, Poland. During these sessions, we supply raw anechoic measurement plots and finalize personalized serialization directives for the brass nameplate.
