RS30 Tirol Heritage | Bespoke Stereo Pair Manufacturing Service
Complete manufacturing of one matched stereo pair (two loudspeaker units) finished in hand-polished clear acrylic.
€5200.00
This manufacturing service covers the complete fabrication of one matched stereo pair (consisting of two individual loudspeaker units) of the Reference Studio 30 Tirol Heritage system. The production platform integrates rigid electroacoustic calculations with technical timber craftsmanship to deliver a predictable, linear phase response across the target listening frequency range.
Enclosure construction utilizes solid elm profiles for the main cabinet structures, combined with historic, over 100-year-old pine wood sourced from Austria deployed exclusively on the front and rear baffles. The exterior surfaces are protected with multiple layers of hand-applied and hand-polished clear acrylic. This high-gloss surface treatment stabilizes the natural wood assembly and provides complete mechanical sealing.
The front baffle geometry incorporates a hand-fitted structural timber wedge inlaid directly into the lower base of both cabinets. This component functions as an integral structural joint and the singular design identifier of Oak Audio enclosure architecture, functioning as the primary brand signifier on the face of every loudspeaker.
Each completed stereo system is documented with individual laboratory calibration graphs within our factory registry.
Every system is built to order. The manufacturing cycle requires a fixed duration of 4 weeks from specification confirmation to final laboratory validation. This timeframe encompasses structural cabinet bonding, multi-stage acrylic curing, manual micro-abrasive leveling, high-gloss mechanical polishing, and comprehensive electroacoustic gate-measurement matching.
Construction: Two ways rear ported bass-reflex
Dimensions: (HWD): 297 x 185 x 239 mm / 11.69 x 7.28 x 9.41 inches
Weight: 5.3 kg / 11.68 lbs
The rear interface of each loudspeaker features a structural plate machined from brushed solid brass. Technical data, batch registration, chronological serial numbers, and customized ownership details are permanently mechanically milled into the brass metal structure using high-precision engraving bits.
The photographs displayed on this page serve as a baseline architectural representation of the system geometry and layout. Enclosure construction for your custom order will utilize an individual material composition consisting of solid elm wood for the main cabinet structures and historical, 100-year-old pine elements for the front and rear baffles.
Just as we combine traditional craftsmanship with the precision of CNC machinery in our manufacturing process, we employ modern digital tools for our visual presentations. All photographs of our loudspeakers depict actual, physical Oak Audio products. The backgrounds and interior settings (e.g., in the Japandi style) are digitally generated using generative AI models. This approach allows us to present our products within natural domestic environments while optimizing operational costs, directly contributing to a product price scaled strictly on engineering value.
